ABOUT US
In 2013, we started as Pig Ate My Pizza and focused on making the best pizza in a pub setting. We added a brewery to our operations in 2019 and tapped long-time chef, Andy Goettsch, to head the beer program. Andy, a passionate home brewer, was bringing in his beers for our staff to enjoy and we were hooked. Since then, he’s taken his classically trained chef approach and created hundreds of unique brews.
In January 2022, in an effort to focus more on the brewing efforts, we pivoted to something “new” and became Nouvelle Kitchen & Brewery. You can expect the same dedication to detail, ingredients, and process in both our food and our beer. With 23 rotating taps, we always have a little something for everyone with hoppy ales, fruited sours, lagers, and more. As far as Pig Ate My Pizza, we still have a few of the classics on the menu, and all of our pizzas are created with the same curiosity and care. Can’t wait to share some with you!
