Bites & Brews - April 10th
We invite you to Bites & Brews as we turn Nouvelle Kitchen & Brewery into one big tasting menu! This open-house style event will feature a variety of food stations set up throughout the restaurant, each equipped with a different beer to match.
From Nouvelle classics to new delights such as a meat carving station, homemade pasta and Dream Creamery dessert, there's something for everyone. Enjoy seconds, thirds, and even fourths at this all-you-can-handle event!
Your ticket includes food and beer from 5 - 8 pm with the event ending at 9 pm. Our bar will also be open for a la carte beverage purchases.
“FRIENDS” TRIVIA
Join us on Tuesday, April 2 at 6:30pm for a night of nostalgia and friendly competition with FRIENDS-themed trivia, hosted by Trivia Mafia! Test your knowledge of all things FRIENDS, from iconic quotes to memorable episodes and everything in between. So gather your lobster and join us for a night of fun!

The Nouvelle team is back with another exciting beer dinner! This time, we're inviting you to our cozy 12-seat diner bar for an intimate tasting menu where you'll feel right at home. Head Brewer Andy and Chef Dom will be your hosts for the evening, serving up shared plates and a family-style menu designed for a relaxed evening. Each course will be paired with one of our handcrafted beers, allowing us to share the story behind each dish and why it pairs so perfectly with our brews. Come join us for an evening of great food, great beer, and great company.

Travail is back with another meal kit. And this one isn’t meant for a holiday gathering, it’s just meant for a cozy night in with some of your plus ones. This Giglio kit provides you with all that you need to prepare an Italian meal, complete with some of our handmade pasta for 2-4 people.
Valentine’s day Beer dinner
Celebrate Valentine's Day with us on Wednesday, February 14th, as our Head Brewer, Andy Goettsch, and Chef de Cuisine, Dom Sprung, present a delicious multi-course tasting menu complete with beer pairings. Join us at either 5:45 pm or 7:45 pm, but act fast as there are only 12 seats per turn.

Bringing Pawnee to you! Join us for a night inspired by Parks and Rec - no Eagleton, libraries, or Orin's "Human Farm" locations excluded. Whether you've met Lil' Sebastian, sipped a Paunch Burger Child-sized soda, or faced Burt Macklin, FBI, this night's for you!
Beer dinner
Join us for a Beer Dinner on Wednesday, January 25th at the Nouvelle diner bar. That means it will be cozy, with just 12 seats per turn. Expect a multi-course meal, complete with pairings, some will be the first sips of Trellis Project: Petite Syrah before its release and some will be pulled from our cellar. If the weather permits, we’ll have a fire outside and maybe poke some beers with hot iron.

But if you can tell your salad fork from a dessert fork, love exploring cuisines from around the world, or just have a thirst for knowledge, this game is for you!

Geilfest 2023
Dust off those lederhosen and ready your bellies for a smorgasbord of German inspired eats by Travail and brews by Nouvelle! This year, Travail and Nouvelle are partnering to host an epic Oktoberfest party with a sauerkraut eating contest, stein hoist competition and egg time challenge with prizes including Nouvelle and Travail gift cards. Plus, live music by Dr. Keilbasa and of course, plenty of BEER!
Our taps will be flowing with a series of Nouvelle brews and Oktoberfest favorites plus German-inspired food stations.

Above all we want our guests to be safe and plan their rides home ahead of time. We highly encourage folks to take advantage of carpooling, ride shares, public transit, etc. Limited street parking on Broadway is available in which guests must adhere to the city's parking restrictions.
